used L3 on a previous 3 window reset project in october of 2023. so impressed by them, we decided to use them again for total bathroom remodel and refacing/painting of master bedroom with new carpeting spreading into hallway/landing. 3 total projects so far and not one hick-up,must say i'm pretty pleased. also adding in how fast the jobs were done, amazing. kudos to L3- james and crew (aaron and mikey). next review will be for the next project for them,THE KITCHEN.
update as of 12/2024 - to follow up on previous review, has L3 remodel the kitchen which turned into new floors in the kitchen, front room, dining room + family room. also, repainting of all 4 rooms and repairing of drywall. we added a fan + new lighting. pretty much a total redo. they kept pleasing so we kept adding projects that have been neglected for 32 years. can't endorse L3 enough. thanks to Meghan, Matt, James + his crew. feels like a new house for the holidays.

Couldn’t have asked for a better remodel! What started as just a kitchen remodel turned into an entire unit remodel. Our tenants unfortunately left our investment property absolutely destroyed and Jimmy and his team worked endlessly to bring it back to life! I couldn’t be more grateful. Me and my husband are already married but if we weren’t, we’d invite them to our wedding. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend!
